Event Details

A hands-on session with Kalpana, the Original Spice Girl as she shares stories & secrets from her Grandmothers' kitchens for the softest, fluffiest Rotis and other Indian flat breads. One dough - so many options!
Start with a glass of Mango Lassi & Indian nibbles as you watch Kalpana knead and roll. You will then knead you own dough and make your own breads - One Dough, 5 Flatbread Options.
Finish the evening with a sharing of smorgasboard of vegetarian pairings with the breads you have made.
This is a family friendly event, suitable for 12yrs +
