It’s been 10 years since Simon and Nikki Nicholas opened the doors of Hop Federation Brewery and pretty soon after, they partnered up with Burger Culture to become the legendary #beersandburgs team they are now!
We reckon that’s a pretty big deal, so we’re throwing a big ol’ birthday party with live music, prizes, and much more, come celebrate with us!

Brews & Food

All of Hop Federation’s limited-edition seasonal brews will be on tap and we’ll be running beer and taco pairings for four of them, as well as a burger pairing for our NZIPA, details below.

Beer and Taco Combos - $12 for half-pint of beer + Taco, or $40 for four tacos & four 185ml tasters.

The Beer: Lemon Lime & Glitter Citrus Sour
The Taco: Lemon & lime cured salmon, beetroot gel, cream cheese, capers

The Beer: Cheers to 10 Years Brut Pilsner
