Are you looking to add a little something extra to your life? Join us for a fermentation workshop with Bacca Bakery & Golden Bay Fermentworks!
We'll show you how to create delicious, unique flavours from scratch, using organic and natural ingredients. From sourdough breads and kimchi, to chili sauces and pickles, you'll learn how to master the art of fermentation and fill your pantry with healthy, tasty staples.
We will provide you with the knowledge, confidence and tools to transform your ingredients into something special. 

Ticket Inclusions

From Bacca: a jar of dried sourdough starter, a dough blade, 1kg of Bacca's Mohua grown organic wholemeal flour, a finished loaf made by them and instructions on the start to finish sourdough starter and breadmaking process.
From Fermentworks: a select blend of Golden Bay Fermentworks' Kimchi Herb & Spice Mix, a jar of kimchi made by the student on the day and instructions on the kimchi process which can also be applied to other recipes.
All Ingredients and materials are supplied, plus you will receive freshly cooked morning tea & lunch
